The protest letter should include the following information:
Company name, address, and telephone number.
The name and contact information of the company representative filing the bid award protest.
The OSU Bid Inquiry number.
A detailed statement explaining the basis for the bid award protest.
The signature of the company representative filing the bid award protest.
Receipt of the bid award protest letter will be acknowledged and the basis of the bid award protest will be investigated. The Director of Purchasing will issue a written reply detailing the findings of the investigation and what actions, if any, will be taken concerning the bid award.
