Suppliers must create an account on Ariba Discovery to view and submit bids. There is no charge to the supplier.
If you have not already registered your company in Ariba Discovery to receive bids, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Visit http://discovery.ariba.com/supplier
Step 2: select "Register Now"
Step 3: Complete your company profile (i.e. Contact information, email address, and commodities offered)

It is the supplier's responsibility to maintain the accuracy of their Ariba Discovery company profile to ensure receipt of bid inquiry notifications.
The Ohio State University adopts a tobacco free policy
Effective January 1, 2014, smoking and the use of tobacco and tobacco products will be prohibited in or on all University owned, operated, or leased property, including golf courses, airports, nature centers, regional campuses, the main medical center campus, University Hospital East and all other OSU Wexner Medical Center properties. The policy also includes parking lots and garages, state and personal vehicles parked on university property. The University’s revised non-smoking policy (Policy #7.20) can be viewed at: http://hr.osu.edu/policy/policy720.pdf. The Contractor shall enforce these restrictions on any individual employed by the Contractor, or the Contractor's Subcontractors.
